Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Note: This page replaces a placeholder e-commerce template that referenced "Goods," "Orders," and product returns, none of which apply to your business. It's been rewritten for an insurance/financial services site, but it is not legal advice. Please have a qualified attorney review it before publishing.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Service"), operated by Wavebreak Financial Group, founded by Ashley Aronson, a licensed insurance agent ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old. The Company does not knowingly permit use of the Service by anyone under 18.

2. Description of the Service

This Service provides general information about insurance and financial planning products offered by Wavebreak Financial Group and allows visitors to request contact from a licensed agent. Nothing on this Service constitutes an offer of insurance, a binding insurance contract, or a guarantee of coverage, approval, eligibility, or pricing. All insurance products are underwritten and issued by third-party carriers, subject to underwriting review, and governed by the terms of the applicable policy, not by this website. Ashley Aronson is licensed to offer insurance products only in the states listed on this site; availability of products, carriers, and rates varies by state and is subject to change.

3. Acceptance & Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use a name, or submit information, that you do not have the right to use, or that is misleading, offensive, or unlawful.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By submitting your phone number and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Wavebreak Financial Group related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, account updates, and occasional marketing messages.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding content you submit) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Your Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Links to Other Websites

The Service may link to third-party websites, including insurance carriers, that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies directly.

8. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Company or other users.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete, accurate, or current. Nothing on the Service should be relied upon as insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice specific to your situation. Please consult a licensed professional before making coverage or financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you; in those cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state of residence.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve it informally before pursuing any formal legal action.

13. U.S. Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
